The Farm

Oak Knoll Farm CSA is located just east of Albert Lea and sits atop an Oak Knoll surrounded by our family corn/soybean farm. We have converted 7 acres that was previously corn/soybean fields, pasture, and lawn into our sustainably grown chemical free CSA farm. We grow a wide variety vegetables and fruits.

We sell directly to our customers through our CSA, at local farmers markets, to caters, and in bulk to individuals.

Weekly CSA Share

Crops you will find in your CSA share over the season include: Early season box: asparagus, chard, kale, lettuce, pea, radish, rhubarb, spinach, and spring onion: Mid Season box: basil, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cilantro, cucumber, garlic, green bean, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, onion, potatoes, summer squash, sweet corn, and tomatoes: Late Season box: apples, cabbage, cantaloupe, cucumber, cilantro, garlic, green bean, onion, pepper, potatoes, radish, tomatoes, watermelon and winter squash.
